For the employer, temporary staffing allows your business to bring in qualified employees to solve your staffing needs, including unexpected workload changes, special projects and events and vacation or sick leave coverage. We find you the employees you need with the skills to get the job done. We handle all of the responsibilities of payroll, unemployment and Social Security taxes, workman’s compensation and liability insurance.
For the employee, temporary placement offers flexibility because it allows employees to accept only the assignments they want and for the times that they are available. It is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and improve your skill set. Temporary employment can often lead to full-time positions.
Temp to Direct
Often, the best way to see if someone is right for the job is by giving them an opportunity to show their skills. Our Temp-to-Hire placement option gives employers the chance to assess a candidate’s skills, job knowledge and cultural fit before making a long-term commitment. This approach helps guarantee that we place the right person in the right position at the right company.
For employees, the Temp-to-Hire option allows the employee to test drive the company to see if they would like to work there on a full-time basis. They work for a client of ours on a trial basis to determine if the job is a good fit for their skills, interests, and career goals. After the trial period is up, the employee and the client are able to determine whether becoming a permanent employee will be best for both parties.
We can help you find the talent that you need for permanent positions. We handle the recruiting, screening, interviewing, skills testing and reference checking and then provide you with a pool of exceptional and quality candidates to interview. This service is offered to client companies on a contingency fee basis; the client is not charged until they hire the right person for the job.
Our Events Team specializes in staffing major events in the greater Wilmington area. The venues we work with host weddings, galas, banquets, meetings, fundraisers and more. Bartenders, Wait Staff, and Prep Cooks, as well as Convention and Festival assistants are just a few of the many positions that we staff.
