This allows you to provide us with specific information about your professional experience and skills, as well as requirements regarding salary and transportation. Yes. We have a face-to-face interview with every candidate before they are placed in a job. Once we have received your application and resume, it will be reviewed by one of our recruiters and we will reach out to you to set up an interview if we have an opportunity that matches your qualifications.

Sea Coast Staffing employees are paid weekly for the hours worked in the previous week, provided your approved timesheet is submitted by Monday at 5:00pm. If you do not submit your timesheet by the deadline, you will be paid the following week. You have the option of Direct Deposit, where funds will be deposited into your bank account the Friday following the week worked. If you are signed up to receive a live check, you can pick up your check at our office on Fridays 8:30am-5:00pm.
Candidates are thoroughly screened according to the needs of our clients. We interview and check references on all of our candidates.
If your job requires particular skills, we can work with you to design a customized candidate assessment based on your specifications (and set up a tailored software and office skills testing session for candidates if required).
Yes, Sea Coast Staffing performs background checks and drug testing on all of our placed candidates.
Prior to hiring a candidate, you and Sea Coast Staffing will determine whether the position is temporary, temp-to-hire or direct hire. For temporary and temp-to-hire positions, Sea Coast will bill you each week for the hours worked. The difference between our bill rate and the hourly wage given to the candidate includes our fee. A direct hire/placement fee is charged for direct hire positions.
For temporary and temp-to-hire positions, Sea Coast Staffing handles all of the payroll taxes, social security taxes and workman’s compensation fees.
Yes. In fact, it may be in your best interest to work with more than one recruiter because it can broaden the pool of candidates from which you can choose.
Sometimes a candidate and an employer aren’t a good fit. If that happens, just let Sea Coast Staffing know and we will communicate with the candidate and try to find you a replacement as soon as possible.
