We have some exciting news to share! Effective this week, Sea Coast Staffing is transitioning out of our Oleander office and we will officially be remote! Pretty 21st century, right? With today’s technology, the vast majority of our business takes place over the phone and over the internet – the need for a fixed office space is no longer a necessity for our business. But don’t worry – we will still be working with our wonderful clients, staff and candidates here in Wilmington and be reachable during normal business hours – we will just no longer be utilizing office space.
In addition to ‘going virtual’, we are super excited to announce that we are expanding our Event and Executive Search business to the West Coast (Whoop! Whoop!). We already have a couple of clients in San Francisco and San Diego that we service and we are now actively working to further develop that market.
This is an exciting time for us and we believe that our new, virtual offices will increase productivity and customer service for our clients and candidates. We will miss our beautiful coastal colored office – it served us well – but Alexis, Erica and I will still get together to drink strong coffee and/or bottles of wine. Let’s hope that SOME things never change…..
